3. Shipping Fee: Standard returns for online transactions will incur a shipping fee of $8.95. Returning items in-store is free of charge.
4. Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. If you refuse delivery, the cost of shipment back to us will be deducted from your return.
5. Processing Time: Online returns are typically processed within 3-5 days upon arrival at our facility. However, please note that the timeline for your financial institution to credit your account is beyond our control. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
